BOLLYWOOD SHORT FILM FESTIVAL 2013
The Bollywood Short Film Festival is a competitive Festival of short films organized by Bollywood Sitare.
Its aim is to contribute to the promotion of Indian culture through the bollywood cinema and its dances.
We celebrate the second edition of this online Festival this year and we would like to give you the opportunity to develop your artistic side.

RULES
AWARDS
Short films in competition are eligible for the following awards:
- Best Short Film (jury award) : 200 €
- Second Short Film (facebook audience award) :150 €
* Everybody is allowed to participate in the festival, but the applicants must be adults.
* This is an online Festival so you can create your film in any country. The competition is open to all national and international participants.
* Every person can participate with a maximum of three short films.
* Topic: Bollywood music and Indian cinema.
* The music used in the short film must be from a Bollywood film.
* The festival committee reserves the right to refuse any film that doesn’t respect the human rights or with racist, violent content.
* Participants are required to upload their films in their Youtube account. They will must clearly indicate in the title: “ 3rd Bollywood Short Film Festival by Bollywood Sitare 2013”.
* Submissions should be done online through this email: bwdsitare@gmail.com. The applicants must indicate the title of the short film, the author’s name, a synopsis and the youtube’s link.
* Only good technical short films can be accepted.
* The length of the short film will not exceed 4 minutes.
* The Short films can be recorded in High Definition and in a wide variety of formats.
* The submission deadline is November 23th, 2013. From 24th November to 13th December will upload the videos to the Bollywood Sitare’s facebook page. Then the audience votes will decide the winner.
* In case of awards ex aequo, the prize will be divided between winners.
* The participants transfer the rights to reproduce and distribute their Short film to the Festival organization.

* The organization reserves the right to modify any of the regulations contained in this document if circumstances force us to do so. The participation in this Festival involves the acceptance of all these regulations.
